How does Verif’s service work?
Verif provides information about organizations worldwide and about French leaders, based on the Dun&Bradstreet database. You get access to more than 550M companies on more than 220 countries.


The search bar available in the header and on the home page enables you to search for an organization or a French leader any time. In the list of results, click on the company or leader of your choice to open its dedicated page.


In this page, some information is displayed for free. Premium data is blurred. It varies according to territories. In some countries like France, open data is very common. In others, the data is owned by the institution responsible for collecting it. In others, there is no organization responsible for data collection, so people conduct field surveys at each company.


If you want to consult premium data, you have to buy a report or subscribe to a plan. Discover Verif’s offer.


Verif also proposes company rankings, worldwide. You can get the biggest companies based on the turnover published by the company, but also the list of the last creations. These rankings are available per country and region (or state), but also by industries.


Why and how to create an account on Verif?
It is necessary to create an account on Verif when you subscribe to a plan. This is the condition to view online the premium data that is normally blurred. Your account also allows you to access for 12 months the PDF reports that you will have downloaded as part of your subscription.


Your Verif account is created when you purchase a subscription.


It is not mandatory to create an account to purchase one shot reports. In this case, you will receive the report in the mail box indicated during checkout.
How do I update my Verif account information?
To update the profile information of your Verif account, simply log in to your account, go to “My Profile” tab, and then click “Edit.” Once you’ve made your desired changes, don’t forget to save them!
How does Verif protect my personal data as a Verif user?
On Verif, we just ask you for the information necessary for the proper functioning of the service and some professional information to better understand your needs.

What types of reports are available on Verif?
Verif offers 2 types of reports:
“Identity”: the Profile with D-U-N-S report provides the details of a company’s registration (identifier, head office address, legal form, etc.), but also the list of statutory leaders and shareholders.
“Risk”: the Decision and Analysis reports provide a synthetic or complete assessment of a company’s financial health, with an estimate of the risk of insolvency and an analysis of its average payment behavior.
NB: the Analysis report is directly produced by Dun & Bradstreet. Its design is therefore different from the Decision report, published by Verif; but the quality of the data is the same of course!
