AECC South Industry Co., Ltd.

China Aviation Southern Industry Co., Ltd., formerly known as China Southern Aviation Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Aviation Southern Company or Southern Company; English: Aecc South Industry Company Limited), is a subsidiary of China Aviation Engine Group. Established in October 1951, it is one of the 156 key construction projects during the first Five Year Plan period of the country, one of the first six aviation industry enterprises constructed by the country, and one of the first 57 enterprise groups piloted by the country. It is the main research and production base for small and medium-sized aviation engines in China.
