Main Production and management staff has been trained in France headquarters and are in accordance with France's training requirements to make Production management and manufacturing. The quality management system ISO9001:2008 applies in design, production and service of centrifugal fan.

France engineer will come to VENTMECA shanghai factory for quality monitoring and  deepening training at regular intervals. France headquarters will send engineer to global field for on-site service.
