Originated in Europe, YATO is a brand for top-grade tools developed by TOYA Corporation. In order to better promote the business of TOYA, in 2008, the Company launched direct production and trading operations on the Chinese market through a jointly controlled company YATO TOOLS (SHANGHAI) Co., Ltd. and YATO TOOLS (JIAXING) Co.,Ltd.

YATO Tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is located in Kangqiao Industrial Zone of Pudong District, Shanghai. In Haiyan-Zhejiang Province, its warehouse and Research & Development center cover areas up to 10000 square meters. Since 2002, the TOYA group has adapted ERP-- an advanced management system for its enterprises, including YATO. The company is committed to R&D, design, production and sales of YATO brand. Its key products include YATO spanners, screwdrivers, pliers, rotary hammers, grinders, as well as multiple hand tools and power tools. Until 2018, The stock volume of YATO China has exceeded 100 million RMB equivalent. So far, its SKU Scale has expanded from 1200 units to 10,000 units. In January 2010, YATO China has achieved ISO9001 Quality Control Certification, which laid a firm foundation for its future business expansion in Chinese market.
