Ningbo Jida and Ningbo Xiangtai Jida’s Board of Directors encourage transparency, ethical conduct, and a commitment to comply with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws. Our employees are provided with resources and training to help them meet our ethical and legal obligations with regards to anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, including The Modern Slavery Act.
Ningbo Jida and Ningbo Xiangtai Jida’s Board of Directors review that Policy annually to ensure that it continues to meet or exceed the current regulatory framework. Proposed changes to the Policy reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors before being implemented and communicated to all our employees.
The statement has been approved by the Ningbo Jida and Ningbo Xiangtai Jida Board of Directors, who will review and update it annually.
