Huayang currently has 13 automatic steel pipe production lines, including ten production lines of Φ76-Φ630mm high-frequency electric-resistance welded steel pipes (ERW pipes) and three production lines of Φ406-Φ1422mm longitudinal submerged arc welding steel pipes (LSAW pipes). Huayang has an advanced inspection and test center, which can conduct various physical and chemical tests of steel pipes. We have successively obtained ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 system certification, special equipment manufacturing license, API 5L certificate and API 2B certificate, CE certificate, safety production standardization level 2 enterprise and other standard quality system certifications.
The main products of Huayang are: Φ76-Φ630mm, wall thickness 2.5-22mm ERW steel pipe；Φ406-1422mm, wall thickness 8-50mm LSAW steel pipe. And we can produce various special models, specifications, material and length of ERW and LSAW welded steel pipe as per customer’s requirements.
Huayang steel pipes are mainly used for high, medium and low pressure fluid transmission pipelines such as oil, natural gas, water, steam, and gas, as well as structural steel pipes for piling, bridges, and buildings. We have undertaken the construction of landmark projects at home and abroad.
